C.I.C.L.E: Recycled Bikes Will get New Homes: "For the first time in three years, Citiparks sponsored its 'Recycle-A-Cyle' donation drive to provide refurbished bicycles to needy children during the holidays. The most recent drive, in 2002, netted 170 bikes, and more than 1,000 have been provided over the years. "
